Cancellation Policy

We accept cancellation requests if the user has not used that particular service for consultation. As an administrator, we create different services with different pricing, and at the time of creation we define whether a user can re-use this service or not. We provide a cancel option against only re-usable services. We will convert the cancelled service request amount into Medi Coins, and the user will be able to use those Medi Coins for future service purchases.

Fraudulent Transactions

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at sole discretion to cancel such requests. These types of accounts will be denied access from the use of the site or purchase of services in the future.

Refund Policy
